Mission Statement

Improve the lives of the people in the Otway and Brush Creek Township community by helping to organize and improve the community’s people, structures, parks, and organizations.

    • The aspects of the people that will be organized and improved include: skills, knowledge, friendship connections,and strong traditional family bonds.

    • The structures include: the covered bridge, the school, and the gym.

    • The parks include: the recreational park and the covered bridge park.

    • The organizations include: The Village of Otway, The Otway Historical Society, youth organizations, churches, The Depot, the Family Dollar, and the sawmills.

    • The focus of expanding the gym into The Otway Community Center is to impact more individuals in the community.
